The Rental Process

How Penny Rentals Works

This is the real flow — identity verification, contract signing, deposit when required, pickup near Bangor PA, and secure Stripe payments at each stage.

    Browse & Check Availability

    Search equipment, read specs, and pick your dates on the live availability calendar. Pickup is in the Bangor, PA area — the exact address is shared after your booking is confirmed.

  2. 02

    Verify ID & Sign Contract

    Sign in (or create an account), complete Veriff identity verification, and digitally sign the rental contract before your request can be submitted.

  3. 03

    Submit Your Request

    Choose dates, quantity, and any attachments. Submit your booking request from the equipment page — this reserves your spot while we review availability.

  4. 04

    Deposit or Approval

    Rentals starting more than 2 days out require a 25% deposit via Stripe. Last-minute bookings skip the deposit and are reviewed by our team first.

  5. 05

    Pickup & Final Payment

    After your deposit is paid (or your booking is approved), your dashboard and confirmation email include the full pickup address. Pay the remaining balance at pickup.

  6. 06

    Use, Return & Settle

    Use the equipment for your project, return it when done, and settle any late, damage, fuel, or cleaning fees through your dashboard if they apply.
