Agreement
By creating an account, submitting a booking request, or renting equipment from Penny Rentals, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. Each rental also requires acceptance of our rental contract at the time of booking.

- You must be at least 18 years old
- You must provide accurate account and contact information

Submitting a booking request does not guarantee availability. The typical flow is:

- Submit your booking request
- Pay a deposit or await staff approval, depending on how soon your rental starts
- Receive pickup details after confirmation and any required deposit

We may decline or cancel a booking for safety, availability, verification failure, policy violations, or suspected fraud.
Payments & deposits
- All online payments are processed securely through Stripe
- Rentals scheduled to start more than 2 days after booking generally require a 25% deposit before the reservation is secured
- Last-minute rentals may skip the deposit and require staff approval instead

- Prices, taxes, fuel charges, and accessory fees are shown during booking where applicable
See our Refunds & Cancellations Policy for deposit release and refund rules.
